Injection Department

The injection is carried in an ISO 7 clean room. An automatic feeding system supplies the injection machines with plastic materials.

Insulin Syringes Department

1ml insulin unibody and 0.5ml insulin unibody syringes are manufactured in an ISO 7 clean room using a fully automated line which is equipped with in-process control system.

Printing & Assembling Department

Printing and assembling are carried in an ISO 7 clean room with fully automated machines with leakage and gliding control.

Packaging Department

• Packaging is carried in an ISO 7 clean room and complies with ISO 11607 requirements.
• Packing machines can handle soft and rigid films and are equiped by flexo printers to print paper with customers requirements.

Infusion Sets Assembly Department

Flexible Unit, installed in an ISO 7 clear room, for assembling of perfusion sets, transfusion sets, extension sets and other medical devices. The customer requirements are considered when making the choice of the components.

IV Cannula Department

Unit dedicated for the production of IV Cannula in an ISO 7 clean room.

Sterilization Department

• Sterilization done with Ethylen Oxide according in full compliance with ISO 11135-1 requirements.
• Two sterilization plants, conform to EN 1422 and fully automated, are available:
  • Chamber 1: 10 m³ for 4 pallets
  • Chamber 2 from STERIMED, Switzerland: 34 m3 for 12 pallets
